Oasis is hosting a 3 hour wellness retreat on 1/11 from 9am-12pm. The activities include yoga, massage, breathwork and finishing with a beautiful sound bath.

About the event
30 people max event offering an experience to reset the mind, body and soul. To start, guests will enjoy a slow flow Hatha yoga class to warm up. Breathwork and massage will follow, offered by San Diego's well known wellness coaches. As the sun rises hire in the sky, the group will get comfortable basking in the sunshine as we finish with a 45 minute sound bath.
Please bring a journal, mat and blanket! We recommend dressing in layers so that you're comfortable flowing and also cozy when laying for the sound bath.
