Pilates & Prosecco

Join us for an afternoon of wellness and social hour at the Oasis, an outdoor venue with a wine bar & cafe.

Starting with a Pilates class with Club Sweat at 10:30, followed by a social hour where you can cold plunge, get a lymphatic massage, and meet like-minded wellness friends over a glass of bubbly!

Each ticket includes: The class, a free glass of bubbles (or N/A drink from the cafe), the plunge, lymphatic massage, and a take-home goodie bag with free services for Botox and B12 shots by Advanced Aesthetics. Please be sure to bring your mat, swim attire (if you plan to plunge) & a water bottle!

Optional sandwiches and flatbreads from our on-site restaurant Starvin Marvins will also be available for purchase.
