Full Moon Sound Bath

Enjoy our monthly full moon ceremony under the stars! Bring a yoga mat and blanket and get comfortable. There will be breathwork, light stretching, cacao, meditation and a sound bath! This is a magical experience to release and let go with the powers of the moon in a community setting.
